CHAIR DUNBAR  announced the consideration  of SENATE BILL  NO. 16                                                               
"An  Act establishing  September  10 as  Alaska Community  Health                                                               
Aide Appreciation Day."                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
CHAIR  DUNBAR indicated  that  this is  the  final discussion  on                                                               
SB 16.  He  invited  the  bill's   sponsor  to  offer  additional                                                               
comments.  There  being  none,  he  solicited  the  will  of  the

from  committee  with  individual  recommendations  and  attached
